Steven Skakel
Managing Director UK & Ireland
Steven Skakel joined NextiraOne in 2005 following the successful acquisition and integration of GFI Informatics’ UK operations. He has more that 20 years experience of the enterprise communications market gained in operational sales and service roles. Steven’s thorough understanding of the UK’s innovative ICT market and personal experience of customer operations and technical challenges, make him a key member of the NextiraOne management team.
Rob Dunachie
Technical Director
Like Steven, Rob Dunachie joined NextiraOne as a result of the GFI Informatics acquisition in 2005, bringing with him over 20 years experience in networking and communications. One of Rob's primary responsibilities is to manage the pre-sales consulting and technical teams, working closely alongside the Sales and Marketing Director. He is also instrumental in helping to shape and deploy NextiraOne's internal IT strategy across the Group.
Perry Fawcett
Sales and Marketing Director
Perry Fawcett joined NextiraOne in December 2006 having previously held senior sales management positions at IBM Global Services, Integris, Telindus, Equant and latterly Star Technology, part of the Messagelabs Group, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Perry holds an MBA from Manchester Business School (UK).
Ray McGrath
Customer Services Director
Joining NextiraOne in 2007 as Customer Services Director, Ray McGrath is a valuable addition to the UK management team. He has 20 years experience in technical, operational and customer services roles, working for companies in the Aerospace, Software, IT and Telecommunications sectors. In 2004/5 he won ICS Team of the Year for Customer Service and is a regular public speaker and presenter on excellence in Customer Service and delivery.
Violetta Parylo
Finance Director
Violetta Parylo joined NextiraOne in 2006 as finance director, responsible for financial and legal operations. She joined from business and technology services company Keane Inc., where she was UK finance director and brings 14 years experience in delivering strategic financial and business value. Prior to Keane, Violetta worked in various roles for venture capitalist group, 3i.
Jane Pendall
Human Resources Director
Jane Pendall joined NextiraOne in January 2006 shortly after the acquisition of GFI and led the successful HR integration and harmonisation of the two businesses. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development she has almost 20 years experience in Human Resource management. Jane has previously worked in broadcasting, academic publishing and the IT industry.
Colin Roe
Operations Director
As with Steven Skakel and Rob Dunachie, Colin too joined NextiraOne in 2005 as a result of the GFI Informatics acquisition and also brings with him over 20 years experience in the communications industry. Colin leads an extensive team of project managers, implementation engineers and support personnel and, therefore, plays a key role in delivering the company strategy of market-leading, exemplary customer service.
